Buckaroo & Company, LLC is the parent company of Rollicking Buckaroo. Rollicking Buckaroo was founded in July 2017 and is our Registered Trademark Brand. We have Three Divisions: Pepper Jam, Seasoning Blends & Rubs, and Picnic in a Bag.

From humble beginnings as Pepper Jam, Rollicking Buckaroo has blossomed into a culinary adventure. What started as a simple love for crafting delectable jams soon evolved into an array of tempting offerings. Building upon the success of our signature Pepper Jam, we ventured into the world of Seasoning Blends, infusing our creations with bold flavors and culinary flair.

But we didn't stop there. Recognizing the joy of indulging in a complete gourmet experience, we introduced the Nosh Box – a curated selection featuring our finest jams alongside creamy Brie, artisan crackers, and a stylish spreader. This ensemble quickly became a favorite among food enthusiasts, blending convenience with sophistication.

Yet, our journey didn't end with the Nosh Box. Inspired by the allure of outdoor leisure, we conceived the Picnic in a Bag – an all-inclusive ensemble designed to elevate your al fresco dining experience. This comprehensive package includes our beloved Nosh Box, a cozy picnic blanket for lounging style, a fragrant candle to set the mood, refreshing sparkling cider for toasting, and a playful frisbee for added fun.

Our Label has special meaning to us. We wanted the Label to be whimsical. It’s a Buckaroo riding his Horse with a lasso in hand on an Adventure. He’s having fun riding the wave. A Rollicking Buckaroo is a Dancing Cowboy.
