This jam is for everyone. Sweet and savory. Use it on pork chicken, cheese and crackers. I will also suggest omelets! It's so yummy! Please out to this site and place your order. I promise- you will not be sorry! Another thought- if you're from the Midwest, rolled up with cream cheese would be delightful! Happy shopping everyone. Don't miss out! On tortillas of course. Hands down the best pepper jam I've ever had. Love it as a glaze on grilled salmon.
Skip the mayonnaise and the ketchup...

I tried this with Filipino egg rolls instead of the traditional sweet chili sauce. A much better flavor combination. It also tasted GREAT on cream cheese and toast. Oh last but not least grilled rosemary lamb rocks with this sauce. Looking forward to the hot pepper jam. Run out and by this. Really you won't be disappointed.

WOW!! This stuff is incredible! As soon as I opened the jar, I knew this was a winner. The aroma was intoxicating, fiery with a sweetness. The jam was a perfect consistency, not too firm nor too runny. Nice bits of peppers throughout. Not chunks but, small tidbits of heaven, perfect on everything I tasted it on. One morning I had it on my toast, a special unexpected treat, I shared with noone. I made chicken salad for lunch with toasted pecans, grapes, water chestnuts and some Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam and everyone said it was the best chicken salad ever. I even added some to my carrots I cooked for supper tonight, my husband said they tasted better than usual several times. I never shared my secret as he's rather finicky. This Jam holds a high spot on my secret ingredient list. I can hardly wait to try the habanero....

I have tried the medium heat Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam. It is fantastic! It is loaded with bits of bell peppers and jalapenos. It's aroma is enticing and the flavor follows suit. It has a nice sweet flavor with a slight kick, just perfect! So far I have had it just as a snack with crackers and it is great for that. But I can see using it with a lot of other things too. I will be trying it with roasted chicken later on this evening and I bet it would be make scrambled eggs or omelettes that much better! I will be making sure I keep a jar of Rollicking Buckaroo Pepper Jam in my fridge at all times and look forward to trying it out with many different dishes. I give this a big thumbs up and highly recommend it!

Never even heard of pepper jam before but after tasting it I won't be without it! Excellent taste and texture! I use it every morning on my bagel. Way better than cream cheese!! Can't wait to try it on other things. What a great secret ingredient!! Thanks for making such an awesome product!!
